Portraits

I have gone through several stages in portrait painting, from trying my hand at copying (Girl with the pearl earring) to the Zorn pallete which uses only four colors.  Its hard to capture the likeness of a loved one, and this will continue to be a learning curve as I test out styles and learn my way around faces.
